Women in Business Partnership Initiative in Malawi.

In September 2026, Zoe Phoenix – founder of WPC will be travelling to Malawi to work directly with Malawian businesswomen in workshops, mentorship sessions and collaborative projects designed to help businesses grow, thrive and to support the local communities and schools

The Womenpreneur Collective partners with businesses and organisations that believe in supporting the growth, leadership and success of women in business.

Together we create inspiring spaces where women can connect, collaborate and grow. Through our events, partnerships and community initiatives, women come together to share ideas, build confidence and discover new opportunities. Each year we also support a partnership initiative focused on empowering women beyond our local community.

In 2026, our focus is the Women in Business Partnership Initiative in Malawi. Working with local entrepreneurs, organisations and schools, the initiative supports leadership development, enterprise education and opportunities for women to build sustainable businesses.

Funds raised through sponsorship, partnerships and selected events help support this work. So when you attend an event or support the Womenpreneur Collective, you’re not only investing in your own growth, but also helping create opportunities for women globally.

When women support women, the ripple effect can be powerful.

Why Women Keep Coming Back

The Womenpreneur Collective is more than a networking event. It is a space where real connections are formed and women leave feeling inspired, supported and energised. Many women tell us that what makes this space different is the atmosphere in the room. It is welcoming, open and full of women who genuinely want to see each other succeed.

There is no pressure to perform or compete. Instead, the conversations are honest, collaborative and often lead to new ideas, introductions and opportunities.

Women return because they value being surrounded by others who understand the journey of building a business while balancing the many roles life brings.

Some women come for the connection.
Some come for the inspiration.
Some come for the opportunities that arise when ambitious women gather in one room.

Whatever brings you through the door, most women leave feeling clearer, more confident and reminded that they are not building their business alone. If you are looking for a room where women connect, collaborate and create meaningful opportunities together, we would love to welcome you. Come along, share your journey, meet inspiring women and discover what can happen when the right women are in the room.
